On July 16, 2020, at the meeting room of the 4th floor - VIAGS Operator Center, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat held a commendation ceremony for Ms. Ha Thi Thu Hien - Staff of Cabin Clean Service Team for her beautiful action when picked up the property of nearly 35 million dong and returned it to the passengers. Attending the ceremony were the Board of Directors and heads of Departments / Centers of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
Specifically, on July 14, 2020, while cleaning up on the flight of VN1820 with PQC-SGN route, Ms. Hien discovered that the neglected passenger property, including personal belongings and cash, had total value 34,288,980 VND. Ms. Hien had informed the lost baggage reception department to proceed with handing over to passengers.
