After 2 years for consolidation and development, VIAGS has affirmed position and continuously improved service quality. Demonstrating for endless effort is the greatest event of the year: VIAGS is the best airport ground services provider for Vietnam Airlines and achieves the certified 4-Star Service Rating from Skytrax for 2 consecutive years.

With our motto “Safety – Punctuality – High Quality”, VIAGS regularly receives compliment letters from partners and positive feedback from customers, most of which are 4-5 star airlines. Since the beginning of 2017, VIAGS has consecutively achieved 15 quality service awards from prestigious airlines such as: Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, and Cathay Pacific … as well as excellently passed the ISAGO and ISO assessments of IATA in 2017. It proves that VIAGS not only provides 4-star quality service, but also does the best to exceed customer expectations.

With the workforce of skilled employees, VIAGS has mobilized nearly 5.000 employees in the supply chain services from North to South. Currently, VIAGS serves nearly 600 commercial flights per day, over 90,000 passengers and nearly 3,300 tons of cargo departing from/arriving at Noi Bai, Da Nang, Tan Son Nhat International Airports. During the peak season, that number increased to 112 flights per day compared to weekdays with total flight increasing 7,98%.

In order to conquer the height, VIAGS is in need of experienced, proessional, sensitive human resources and always ready for working and contributing to the development of company. They are really the "seed" grown from the team of teachers of VIAGS Training Center.
