On 7/6/2018, during the mission of working on the flight VN286, Saigon-Hanoi route (SGN-HAN), The staff – Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong – from Aircraft Services Center of VIAGS NOI BAI picked up a handbag inside having $44.000 equivalent to VND1.032.000.000 and VND64.000.000 in cash. Total value converted into VND was VND 1.096.000.000.
After picking up the neglected property of the passenger, Mr. Cuong quickly informed the lost & found section of VIAGS Noi Bai and proceeded to return the property to passengers on the day.
Passengers expressed their joy in finding quickly their forgotten property and at the same time sent thank you letter to VIAGS Noi Bai employees who have been devoted to help passengers on the flights of Vietnam Airlines.
