Dubai Airport launches 24/7 omnichannel customer care center

Passengers traveling through Dubai International Airport (DXB) can now access a new call center that provides 24/7 communication to DXB customer care specialists anytime, anywhere, depending channel of their choice.

The new call center combines face-to-face and technology-enabled services for visitors to access via phone, email, live chat or social media, across @DXB platforms and @DubaiAirports, as well as the upcoming WhatsApp for business.

Dubai Airport began testing the new integrated DXB service in early 2022 to ensure smooth operations and customer support. The customer care center includes 24/7 bilingual support, as well as relevant and up-to-date information across all channels, including automatic flight status checks without having to go through an agent.
