VIAGS TAN SON NHAT TRAINED SKILLS ONLINE FOR POTENTIAL OFFICERS IN APRIL AND MAY 2020

Implementing the policy of strengthening training and coaching in the low time due to the impact of Covid-19 epidemic, in April and May 2020, applying online training method via TEAMS program, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat successfully organized 3 courses including 9 retraining skills to develop potential officers at team, shift, group/crew level with 91 students. The courses are conducted by VIAGS Tan Son Nhat's Board of Directors, in collaboration with the teachers of VIAGS Training Center and dedicated officers, who have worked for many years from the Team level to the Department/Center level under VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, to directly teach to impart useful knowledge, share valuable practical experiences to the student.

Accordingly, skills retraining courses include:

- The course of Management skill, including the following contents: the skill of problem-solving and decision-making; Administration knowledge and skills; Instructional skill; skill of encouragement – performing evaluation; and planning skill.

- The course of potential officer development skill, including the following contents: Administration of Change; skill of Time management and Organizing work performance; Meeting organizing skill; Writing skill.

The classes’ atmosphere was very lively and open-minded. Student enthusiastically participated in the discussion to come up with the best possible solution for the situations given by the lecturer.

Organizing training courses for employees' working skills is a constant concern of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat's Board of Directors for improving work efficiency, towards sustainable development of the company. The organization and participation in training courses are also an opportunity for the Board of Directors to grasp the practical situation at the units, exchange and share working experience for student, helping to solve problems and difficulties so as to coordinate more effectively at work.
