On the journey back home of VTV reporter team after more than 1 week working in Manila, the Philippines, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat honored to support and serve the group to carry out transit procedures at Tan Son Nhat airport.

VIAGS TAN SON NHAT'S PASSENGER SERVICE STAFF TIMELY DETECTED, PREVENTED 5 ILLEGAL EXITING PASSENGERS TO UK

On September 6, 2019, staff Thai Ngoc Thanh Hien - International Passenger Services Team, Vietnam Airlines Passenger Services Center detected and promptly prevented 5 exiting passengers on the VN51 flight from Ho Chi Minh City to London with an unclear purpose. This helped Vietnam Airlines avoid losses of between 10,000 and 25,000 pounds (equivalent to 285,866,403 to 714,666,008 VND) if these 5 passengers are returned to Vietnam. Regulations of the authorities will fine the transport brand from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds/passenger depending on the case.
