On the afternoon of August 31, 2020, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat solemnly held the 2020 Employee Delegate Conference at the Online Meeting Room of Level 4,5,6 - VIAGS Executive Building.
Attending the program with Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Member of Standing Committee / Deputy General Director of VIAGS, Secretary of Party Committee / VIAGS Tan Son Nhat Director, Mr. Bui Minh Phuong - Vice Chairman of VIAGS Trade Union, Mr. Tran Cong Vu - Deputy Head of VIAGS, Human Resource Department Board of Directors, Heads of Departments / Centers, Members of the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee, Secretary of Youth Union, Head of Women's Union and 89 delegates were voted from the Conference of Employees of Departments / Centers of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
The meeting elected the Executive Chairman delegation including: Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Secretary of Party Committee, Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung - Deputy Director, Chairman of Grassroots Trade Union, and Ms. Nguyen Huynh Nhi - Deputy Director of Passenger Service Center, Head of Women's Affairs Department.
Reporting the results of production and business activities in 2019, the first 7 months of 2020, Deputy General Director of VIAGS / Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat – Mr.Bui Duc Thanh said that in the first 7 months of 2020, output and revenue decreased. Due to the serious impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, however, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat have directed the good implementation of the task of service provision, labor assignment planning, and efficient use of resources, saving costs, achieving many remarkable achievements.
The mass organizations in VIAGS Tan Son Nhat are active and support the branch's business. In addition, the attention to the employee's life is particularly focused, creating trust and consensus of the staff committed to accompany and share with the Company, Branch to overcome the difficult period part of the current economy.
At the same time, the Deputy General Director focused to the the direction of the VIAGS Tan Son Nhat in the last 5 months of 2020: ensuring absolute safety, security, service quality, focusing on completing the annual production and business plan in 2020 on the basis of mobilization, good organization and efficient use of resources, ensuring savings targets and programs.
After the summary of activities in 2019 and the operational direction for 2020, is the report of the Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement and the results of the Conference of Employees at the Department / Center level. Thereby, the Chairman group had synthesized and answered 36 comments from Employees recorded at the Conference of Employees in departments / centers focusing on the contents: building units, solutions improving labor productivity, improving service quality improvement programs, ensuring safety and security, comments and recommendations on policies and regimes for Employees, supplement / amendment of Regulations Labor, VIAGS Collective Labor Agreement.
Also at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Hau - Head of Accounting Department - publicly reported the financial situation and use of funds of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat in 2019 and the first 7 months of 2020.
At the conference, delegates participated in discussing and contributing ideas to the report on production and business activities of the Branch, especially the speeches from the Operations Center and Passenger Service Center on management of the change in flexible operation and efficient use of resources in the new situation, to ensure Safety - Security - Service quality, and at the same time protect health safety for the Employees in the period affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.
The meeting elected 15 official delegates, 02 alternate delegates on behalf of the Employees to participate in the VIAGS Conference of Employee Delegates, 05 delegates representing the Employee collective to participate in periodic dialogues in 2020 and 03 typical and excellent individuals, attend the Patriotic Emulation Congress and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Corporation.
The Conference also highly unanimously agreed with the resolution of the Conference of Employees in 2020.
For the first time applying online voting technology on smart phones, under the direction of the vote counting committee, the delegates participating in the election smoothly carried out the election. The results of voting are sufficient and still ensure anonymity and did not arise invalid votes due to control technology,
