VIAGS TAN SON NHAT SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERS SERVICES FOR FREIGHTER TRANSPORTING 8 TONS OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WORTH 4 MILLION USD FROM THE POLAND GOVERNMENT TO AID HCMC FIGHTING AGAINST COVID-19 ON 09/11/2021

At 3:55 A.M, on September 11th 2021, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat (VTSN) delivered services for a special flight utilizing the military-grade freighter, C-130 Hercules, to obtain 8 tons of medical equipment and materials for fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic. This was the result of the aid from the Poland government to Ho Chi Minh City and it was worth about 4 million USD. The package which consisted of 70 breathing machines, 50 heart-rate monitors, 267 positive displacement pump Biolight, protective clothes, gloves, medical masks, and so more, was transported from India to Vietnam.

To ensure that the transporting process happens smoothly, VTSN has eagerly contacted and received information. VTSN had provided the highest level possible of safety and service quality for this important flight by deploying preparations for human resources, equipment, and gears following said requirements, carefully disinfecting the Poland embassy and the Health Department’s representatives’ automobiles, and thoroughly arranging disinfectant sprays and hand sanitizers on every accommodation according to the recommended guidelines.

Disinfecting transport accommodations for the flight crew, the Poland embassy, and the Vietnamese Health Department had been prepared sufficiently and early.

Briefing with the ground crew to ensure the operation happens smoothly.

Equipment used for unloading goods was checked cautiously before the flight arrived.

At 03:55 A.M, the flight landed.

The ground crew cooperated with the flight crew to unload important goods.

Packages were then moved to dollies for transferring.

The Poland Embassy, the Health Department representatives, the flight crew, the ground crew, and VTSN took a commemorative photo.

The aid between Poland and Vietnam during the pandemic has demonstrated solidarity and an amicable diplomatic relationship between the two nations for over 70 years and it will certainly develop even more in the future.
