Performing the consolidation of the staff, in the afternoon of August 1, 2019, at the 4th floor of VIAGS Operations Building, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat organized the Conference to announce the decision to appoint personnel of Customer Airlines Passenger Services Center.
Chaired at the ceremony were Mr. Le Cao The - Secretary of Party Committee, General Director of VIAGS, with the attendance of Mr. Bui Duy Khanh - Head of HR Department, the Board of Directors, officers of Offices / Centers and appointed officers under VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
In line with the authorization of the General Director, Mr. Bui Duy Khanh read the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Huynh Nhi to the position as Head of the Customer Airlines Passenger Services Center, Vietnam Airport Group Service Company - Tan Son Nhat Branch.
Addressing at the conference, Mr. Le Cao The emphasized: to ensure and continue to improve service quality with customers, especially 4-star and 5-star airlines, with extremely high standards of SLA, in conditions of limited infrastructure at Tan Son Nhat airport, it requires the efforts of employees, the spirit of constantly learning professional skills and foreign languages for the work. Over the past years, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has shown the spirit of professional work, overcoming difficulties in meeting the customers' expectations, receiving many valuable awards, helping to raise the brand of VIAGS in the international aviation market. VIAGS TSN is still at the forefront, creative in activities to take care of the material and spiritual life for employees to be assured of their work, sticking to the company to step forward.
Report to General Director at the conference, Mr. Bui Duc Thanh affirmed that in the past time, all VIAGS Tan Son Nhat staff have always strived, tried their best, cooperated closely with agencies and customers to bring the best quality services in limited conditions. In July 2019 - the peak of summer - VIAGS Tan Son Nhat served for average 101 flights per day for domestic flights with 17,100 visitors, with more than 19,000 passengers on several days, but still ensuring security, safety and service quality. The joint efforts of employees, the close direction of the Management Board and officials at all levels have created the power of the collective to bring success. Statistics showed that the average income of employees in the first 6 months of 2019 has increased by 14% compared to the same period in 2018, reflected by the labor productivity always leading the Company has brought benefits to employees.
In the position of Head of Customer Airlines Passenger Services Center, Ms. Nguyen Huynh Nhi had shared about the activities of the Center at present, with improvements in organizational model from 4 teams to 2 teams, work assignment more flexible and reasonable action, helping workers feel secure to work.
