Following the conclusion of Deputy General Director/Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, aiming the purpose which units can understand and coordinate well the professional work related to functional departments, on April 17, 2020, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat organized an "Online Seminar" via Microsoft Teams software. The seminar was attended by 81 delegates, including the Board of Directors and all staff, experts, administrative staff of the indirect and direct sectors.
During more than 4 hours of the seminar, the units focused on exchanging work related to human resource management, administration, business planning and accounting. Functional departments has listened, summarized, analyzed, clarified and answered problems in the operation of professional work with direct units. At the same time in the seminar issues were also discussed and exchanged to improve the coordination among units.

At the end of the seminar, Deputy General Director/Director Bui Duc Thanh highly appreciated the 3 Departments of Organization & Administration - Sales Planning - Accounting, which have been well prepared for the effective implementation of online seminar, having 81 people joined in, and had many positive comments.
Deputy General Director Bui Duc Thanh suggested the units to overcome existing issues, statistics clearly indicate each unit in the working relationship, all delayed work, affecting to employees, bad quality of reports and inaccurate data which affect leaders’ decisions; At the same time, he required to maintain meetings in the form of online, apply information technology in work and training in order to change thinking, creation, shorten time in solving daily tasks, from there improve competitiveness, meet development requirements of the Company in the new situation.
