On the morning of July 3, 2020, at the meeting room of the 4th floor - VIAGS Operator Center, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat held a ceremony to award the support from the Compassion Fund of Vietnam Airlines Corporation and rewarded the example of good people and good deeds of the Company Trade Union for 4 members of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat Trade Union.
Visiting and encouraging the employees were Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Deputy General Director of VIAGS / Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat, the Board of Directors and all officers of Departments, Centers, and Teams of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat.
Receiving the support from the Compassion Fund of the Trade Union of Corporation, Mr.Nguyen Van Dong - union member of the Technical Service Union - is seriously ill with the support amount of 15 million VND.
The Board of Directors of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat awarded support from the Corporation's Trade Union to employees with difficult circumstances.
Three Trade union members, exemplary good people and good deeds have handed over assets of nearly 185 million VND to passengers who received commendations from the Company Trade Union:
- Mr. Duong Khanh Tung - member of the Trade Union of the Cabin Cleaning Service Center. During duty on VN269 flight with route HAN-SGN on May 15, 2020, he discovered and handed over property of neglected passengers including jewelry and cash equivalent to 47,608,000VND.
- Mr. Nguyen Viet Nguyen - member of the Trade Union of the Cabin Cleaning Service Center. On flight VN117 with route DAD-SGN on May 17, 2020m he discovered and returned the neglected passenger's property with total value is 52,000,000 VND and many other assets.
- Mr. Phan Van Thang - member of the Trade Union of the Cabin Cleaning Service Center on flight VN1273 with route HUI-SGN on May 19, 2020, he discovered and returned the neglected passenger's property with total value is 85,300,000 VND and many other assets.
