With the assignment of VIAGS NBA about organizing training courses to repeat some skills for the line managers, on 20 and 21/4/2020, Control Center organized online training through Teams about Meeting Facilitation skills for middle-level management team from Suppervisors to duty manager. The training was directly instructed by Mr. Phi Ngoc Ha, General Manager of the Control Center.
The class on 20/4/2020 with the participation of 22 officials and 4 direct centers. The officials have actively participated and contributed many good ideas with the common purpose to improve the meeting quality in the company more and more effectively and practically.
In April, Control Center will together with other centers have been assigned to continue organizing internal training of other related contents such as writing report skills to contribute to raising awareness and skills to perform work for middle-level management team.
