VIAGS WELCOMES PATTAYA AIRWAYS' INAUGURAL CARGO FLIGHT FROM BANGKOK TO HO CHI MINH CITY

On April 1, 2025, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) was honored to provide airport ground handling services for the first cargo flight operated by Pattaya Airways from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City. This marks a significant milestone in the partnership between VIAGS and Pattaya Airways, while also contributing to the promotion of trade between Vietnam and Thailand.

With the aim of offering diverse cargo transport options, Pattaya Airways has officially launched its dedicated cargo flight route from Thailand to Vietnam, opening up new opportunities for logistics and import-export enterprises. From April 15 to June 30, 2020, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat will carry out the service for flights of Vietnam Airlines in wet-lease for Jetstar Pacific on domestic routes including HAN-SGN, HAN/SGNDAD/CXR/ PQC/HPH/VII/THD. Flights are subject to Vietnam Airlines ground and air service standards.

Following the success in serving 02 international on-cabin cargo flights using the AIRBUS A350 aircraft - flight VN781 to Melbourne-Australia on 9 and 10 April 2020, dawn on April 15, 2020, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat organized a safe on-cabin cargo flight using AIRBUS A350 aircraft (without removing seats) on the flight with flight number VN9631/VN9630 - SGN - CGK – SGN route (Jakarta - Indonesia).
