VIAGS TAN SON NHAT RECEIVED THE 1st QUALITY SERVICE AWARD OF 5-STAR JAPAN AIRLINES AND MALAYSIA AIRLINES

On the journey to strive to become one of the leading companies providing quality ground services at airports in Asia, VIAGS TSN has affirmed its brand with numerous prestigious awards from major airlines in the world. On the morning of May 13, 2019, at  4th Floor VIAGS Operator Building, VIAGS TSN continues to receive awards for quality service of first class from two 5-star airlines JAPAN AIRLINES (JL) and MALAYSIA AIRLINES (MH). 

 

Attending the ceremony were representatives of partner airlines: Mr. Tetsuya Kotsubaki - Chief Representative of JAPAN AIRLINES at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung - Passenger Service Director of JAPAN AIRLINES at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Ha - Chief Representative of MALAYSIA AIRLINES at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. On the VIAGS side is the presence of Mr. Le Cao The - General Director, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Nga - Head of Exploitation Services Standard, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Hoa - Head of Quality Safety, Ms. Duong Thuy Quynh - Sales Manager and Ms. Pham Tuyet Ha - Deputy Chief of Administrative Office, Head of Internal Communications Department of VIAGS. 

Receiving the delegation was Mr. Bui Duc Thanh - Secretary of Party Committee, Director of VIAGS TSN, Mr. Pham Phu Yen - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Deputy Director, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung - Chairman of the Unit Labor Union, Deputy Directors, and leaders of departments and centers directly under VIAGS TSN. 

Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Tetsuya Kotsubaki warmly congratulated VIAGS TSN for having won two awards "NO RAMP INCIDENT FOR EIGHTEENTH CONSECUTIVE YEARS" and "No. 1 IN ASIA JAPAN AIRLINES AIRPORTS FOR AIRPORT MILE UPGRADE ACTIVITY IN THE 1ST HALF OF FINANCIAL YEAR 2018 "of the airline. 

Especially VIAGS TSN won the valuable award called "NO RAMP INCIDENT FOR EITHTEEN CONSECUTIVE YEARS" - Safety award continuously for 18 consecutive years. SGN is ranked 1 out of 92 global destinations of the airline over 30 countries. 

This is a very proud achievement of VIAGS TSN when it became a company rated to provide aviation ground services to ensure the safety of the global network of top 5-star airlines in Asia, Top 10 World's top 5-star airlines - JAPAN AIRLINES. 

Mr. Tetsuya Kotsubaki said the staff has always showed perfection and stability in flight service. He is proud to be with VIAGS TSN as a partner for 18 years.
