VIAGS received the second best quality service worldwide

 

Vietnam Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd (VIAGS) Tan Son Nhat Airport has been awarded the second best quality airline service on the world flight network by Eva Air, Taiwan's 5 star international airline.
Mr. Wallace Lin - CEO Eva Air awarded VIAGS TSN.

 

Bui Duc Thanh - Director of VIAGS Tan Son Nhat said: "In 2016, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has been evaluated by Eva Air as the third-class service passenger service on the global flight network. . This year, Eva Air ranked VIAGS Tan Son Nhat ranked 2/55 of the world's airports have continued to recognize our efforts and determination to provide services that exceed the expectations of our customers" 

Speaking at the awards ceremony for VIAGS Tan Son Nhat on December 7, Mr. Allen Chou, Chief Representative of Eva Air Airlines at Tan Son Nhat Airport said: "Eva Air would like to thank VIAGS Tan Son Nhat has continuously improved the quality of service provided to Eva Air to meet the increasingly stringent quality requirements of passengers."


Earlier, AirMacau Airlines also honored VIAGS in Da Nang and Noi Bai as the second-best and third-best ground service provider in 2016. Only from the beginning of 2017, VIAGS has Successfully won 16 awards for the quality of services of famous airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Korean Air, Cathay Pacific ....

VIAGS NB received the Air Macau's third-best service award in 2016.

VIAGS ÐN received the second-place service award for Air Macau's outstanding service in 2016.


 

Today, VIAGS serves nearly 600 commercial flights, over 90,000 passengers and nearly 3,300 tons of cargo arriving at Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat International Airports. The OTP was 99.96%, far exceeding its commitment. VIAGS mobilizes nearly 5,000 workers in the supply chain in the North, Central and South of Vietnam for nearly 70 airlines, accounting for 58% of Vietnam's ground service market. In particular, within the framework of the recent APEC Summit 2017, VIAGS has provided safe and efficient 47 destinations to and from the top 17 countries and territories in the world. The number of assets VIAGS employees discovered, returned to passengers in 2017 estimated at more than 12,800 assets, up 17.2% over the same period. In addition, more than VND12 billion in cash has been paid to passengers forfeited, up 55% from 2016.

The event of world famous airlines simultaneously awarded many prestigious awards for ground service quality for VIAGS is an important special point, closing one year with outstanding achievements, contributed affirming the position of service provider of Vietnam Airlines in 2 consecutive years achieving 4-star service quality.
