GRAND OPENING OF IN-TOWN CHECK-IN SERVICE AT HANOI

With the aim to constantly improve the quality and convenience of air services, Vietnam Airlines and Vietnam Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd. - one of Vietnam Airlines' member companies, have been continuously updating its international standards, diversifying services to better serve the needs of passengers

Based on that desire, "In-town Check-in" was launched today at 20 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. In-Town Check-in service is the only service available at 20 Ngo Quyen, Hanoi, Vietnam from 12/10/2018.

Office opening hours: 07h00-21h00, daily including public holidays and Tet

Scope of application: Domestic flights from Hanoi of Vietnam Airlines. Passengers can check in from 12h to 2h before flight time.

In-town Check-in offers customers attractive amenities to complete the procedure, choose their seat on plane, fast and secure luggage in the city center, limit your time waiting at the airport to control and feel the journey in a complete and effective way.

With in-town check-in service for a fee, VIAGS hopes to provide passengers with a convenient, safe and fast service experience of 4-star international standards.
