AIR INDIA OFFICIALLY OPERATES FLIGHT ROUTE FROM DELHI TO HO CHI MINH CITY

On June 1, 2024, Air India - Indian National Airlines officially operated a commercial flight from Delhi to Ho Chi Minh City. This flight is operated by the A320Neo aircraft carrier with a frequency of 5 flights per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

With the potential of the Indian aviation industry, the operation of a direct flight route between the two vibrant cities helps Air India strengthen its developing overseas tourism markets, realizing its desire to make India the hub of the world as well as the destination of tourists and businesses.

After a long time of careful preparation and response to the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam and India requirements, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) and Air India are ready to serve passengers on Air India flights. The first meaningful flight on the evening of June 1, 2024, at T2 Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport not only brought great benefits to tourism and trade between India and Vietnam but also an opportunity for VIAGS and Air India to form a close relationship in a spirit of cooperation, bringing win-win benefits and achieve new successes.
